Making a Purchase
There are various ways of ordering our products
1. Order via our online purchase system with payment by credit or debit card.
2. Fax/email your order and we will callback to obtain your payment details eg Credit card
3. Telephone us and we will return your call and take your order over the phone.
4. Business customers can order by an authorised purchase order and apply to openan account.Payment to be made within 7 days from receipt of the goods . Fax, email or post your authorised purchase order to us.
5. We will gladly provide advice on which product will be best for your requirements, including advice on installation. We can also arrange for a site survey if required.
6. We will send an order confirmation detailing the products being ordered.
7. We may refuse to accept an order where
a. goods are not available
b. we cannot obtain authorisation for payment
c. a pricing or product description error has occurred
Delivery Schedule
All prices quoted include standard delivery service to UK mainland addresses only during office hours
Monday to Friday. For all safes and cabinets this applies to ground floor locations or upper floors with access via a lift. If the delivery route includes steps or the product is to be fixed tothe floor(installation) please contact us for a quotation. A site survey may be necessary.
Delivery for standard products will normally be 5 to 10 working days from receipt of orders. Non standard orders e.g. locking options may exceed 10 working days.
Aborted deliveries will be charged for and will be confirmed in writing should the need arise.
An aborted delivery can be due either to missing delivery information such as more steps at the delivery address than originally stated on your order or out of service lifts, inaccessible doors. If you feel there may be any problems with your delivery please inform us as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Installation
Some products may require installation according to the manufacturer's instructions in order to meet the manufacturer's specifications or recommended cash rating.
Prices quoted exclude installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is installed appropriately and that floor loading restrictions are adhered to. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result of floor loading limits being exceeded.
We can arrange installation by an appropriately qualified installer subject to quotation and possible site survey.
We will not be held responsible for loss, damage or expenses incurred during or as a result of product installation.
Back Orders
If your product is not in stock we will contact you giving you the option of back ordering, selecting an alternative product or cancelling your order.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
An order can be cancelled any time up to despatch of the product unless it has been specifically customised to customer’s instructions.
Received products can be returned, for any reason, within 7 days of receipt for a full product refund or exchange providing it has not been customised to customer’s instructions, not been used and it is in original undamaged condition complete with all manuals and accessories.
A deduction will be made for the outgoing delivery cost and the customer will be responsible for the packing and return cost.
The refund will be made after receipt of the product and we have checked that it is in original condition complete with all manuals and accessories.
Warranty/Insurance
All of our products are covered by a full two year materials and labour warranty.
Insurance cover will vary due to location and circumstances. Please check with your underwriter.
Tax Charges
VAT at 15% is added.
